Pre-prep:
Mince pepper; grate ginger; slice bananas.
1. Coat a medium skillet with cooking
spray. Place over moderate heat and melt butter. Add the pepper
and ginger; saute for about 1 minute.
2. Add the brown sugar, stirring
until it melts; swirl in the liqueur.
3. Gently lay bananas in sauce, turning
once or twice to coat, warming just long enough to heat through.
4. Serve 3 pieces of banana over
nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt or low-fat ice cream.
